We built the only search engine dedicated to eBay listings graded under the R2V3 certification standard, so buyers can find used electronics from certified recyclers they can actually trust.
Our Mission
The secondhand electronics market is full of vague condition labels like "good" or "refurbished" with no verifiable standard behind them. R2V3-certified recyclers follow a documented, third-party-audited grading system — but finding their listings on eBay is still frustratingly difficult.
Certified Used Electronics exists to bridge that gap. We index, parse, and organize R2V3-graded listings so buyers who care about provenance can search by the exact functional and cosmetic grade they need.

Click the "Buy on eBay" button on any listing to go directly to the live eBay listing from the certified recycler.
3. Buy on eBay
Complete your purchase directly on eBay with all of eBay's buyer protections. We never handle payments or inventory.
What Is R2V3?
R2V3 (Responsible Recycling, version 3) is the leading voluntary standard for responsible electronics reuse and recycling. It is administered by SERI (Sustainable Electronics Recycling International) and audited by accredited, independent third-party certification bodies.
R2v3-certified facilities follow the R2 Equipment Categorization (REC) framework, grading every device across two dimensions:
- Functional (F1–F6): How well the device performs its intended function
- Cosmetic (C1–C9): Visible wear and physical appearance
Recycler Partner Network
Every business in our network holds an active, third-party-audited R2V3 certification. We manually verify certification numbers before approving any partner application. Partner recyclers sell directly through their own eBay stores — we sync their listings and surface them here for buyers who prioritize verified grading.
